Refund and Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellations must be in writing and postmarked on or before September 19, 2008. Cancellations will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made after September 19, 2008, as well as "no-shows" are liable for the full registration fee.
