Please read the following carefully before beginning your registration,
as our prices and registration process have changed:

Our registration fees are as follows. Please pay careful attention to the Early Bird deadline.

* To take advantage of the early bird discount, you MUST register online and have your purchase order or
   check dated by the deadline date.
** Admission price includes lunch and full access to exhibit hall.
Within each day of the event, all general sessions, workshops and breakouts are seated on first-come, first-served basis and do not require any pre-selection.


Special Large Group Rate: Groups of 50 or more attendees qualify for a special rate of $125 for a 1-Day Ticket and $200 for a 2-Day Ticket. To qualify, all attendees must be registered under one Purchase Order, check, or credit card transaction. Please email us at registration@thirteencelebration.org for more details.

NOTE: Before registering attendees online, please make sure you have the following information for each attendee: Name, Title, School/Organization, Street Address, City/State/Zip, Phone Number, and Email Address.

We will be sending badges via regular mail in advance of the conference to all registrants approved by March 1, 2012. Please be sure to include a valid mailing address for each attendee. (Those who register after this date can claim their badges onsite with their email confirmation page. Therefore, please also make sure to enter a valid email address for each attendee, to ensure that they receive email confirmation)

We accept Purchase Orders, checks, and credit cards (VISA, MC, AMEX) as forms of payment.

If you are paying by Purchase Order, please have your valid Purchase Order number in front of you before beginning your registration. You will need your PO number in order to complete your registration!

ATTENTION NYC DOE Schools/Staff:
THIRTEEN (Vendor ID# 131945149) aka Educational Broadcasting Corporation or WNET.ORG, is a NYC DOE approved professional development provider. Please use the following NYC DOE Professional Development contract numbers as appropriate:
Social Studies Professional Development (Contract #QR702AD, valid dates 7/1/09 - 6/30/14)
Instructional Technology Professional Development (Contract #QR812AP, valid dates 12/1/10 - 11/30/15)

ATTENTION BOCES Registrants:
To be eligible for Co-Ser aid, you must register through your local BOCES. Information here.

Cancellation and Revision Policy: Cancellations, revisions or changes of any kind must be submitted in writing to registration@thirteencelebration.org and received before March 1, 2012. Phoned-in notifications will not be accepted. There is no penalty for cancellation before the March 1, 2012, deadline. Refund requests for emergency situations only (subject to WNET approval at its sole discretion) must be submitted in writing by March 23, 2012. No refund requests will be accepted after March 23, 2012.
